Parking

Southdown Sports Club: Free onsite parking. Tall vehicles can avoid low bridge on Cockshut Road via Ham Street.

Therapy Rooms: Paid parking at Cliffe High Street car park (1 min) and South Street (North) car park (1 min). 3hr free parking at local supermarket (5 min)

Train

Both of our clinic locations are 10-15min walk from Lewes station.
